What is included, what costs extra and how website orders work.

1. How this scope applies
This schedule supplements the DigiMade Terms & Conditions and the specific accepted order or quotation. Where a custom written quotation changes a package allowance, the accepted quotation governs that project, subject to applicable law. No online payment facility is active until DigiMade confirms availability and publishes the final purchase terms.
2. One Page Website — £149 one-off
One responsive brochure-style page with up to five content sections, one standard contact form, basic on-page SEO setup and one consolidated revision round within the agreed brief. Customer supplies final text, images and necessary rights to use them. Additional content creation, pages, integrations and features are separately quoted.
3. Multi-Page Website — £299 one-off
Up to five responsive brochure-style pages, standard navigation and contact form functionality, basic on-page SEO setup and two consolidated revision rounds within the agreed brief. Customer supplies final text, images and required approvals. Additional pages, custom functionality, specialist integrations and content creation are separately quoted.
4. Revisions, acceptance and extra work
A revision round is one consolidated set of reasonable changes to the design already agreed, not a new design direction. DigiMade will correct errors in its own work without deducting from the revision allowance. Material changes of brief, additional rounds, new functionality or new pages require an agreed quote before chargeable work begins. Delivery timings depend on timely receipt of customer content and feedback and will be confirmed with the order.
5. Hosting, domains and ongoing services
Hosting is optional for Cloudflare-compatible brochure sites and is not included in the one-off design fee. DigiMade Hosting Only is advertised at £9.99 per month; Basic Care and Complete Care are separate optional plans. The applicable plan sets out its own billing, editing allowances, cancellation arrangements and support. Domain purchase and renewals are separate unless expressly quoted; the domain should be registered in the customer's name. Domain availability and renewal prices vary. Email mailboxes, paid APIs, ongoing edits and external services are excluded unless agreed. See the Hosting Fair Usage Policy for published hosting allowances and usage review thresholds.
6. Shopify Starter Store — £799 full payment; bespoke stores by quotation
DigiMade's supported eCommerce platform is Shopify only. The £799 Starter Store is a fixed-scope full-payment package including a customised free Shopify theme, up to 10 simple product listings from customer-supplied material, essential store pages and navigation, basic native checkout/payment and UK shipping setup, basic SEO, testing, handover and one round of minor revisions. Complex variants, migrations, third-party integrations and custom code are excluded and quoted separately. Bespoke stores require an accepted written quotation; the separate £799 bespoke deposit is credited against the agreed total. The written quotation confirms theme, number of products, collections, payment and shipping setup, revisions and handover. Standard work covers agreed native Shopify features and expressly listed free apps only. The customer is responsible for the Shopify subscription, domain, transaction charges, paid themes, premium or paid apps and third-party services.
Advanced apps, custom code, integrations, automation, special shipping or tax requirements and installation/configuration beyond the agreed scope are separately quoted. Third-party fees may be one-off, monthly, annual or usage-based. DigiMade will explain reasonably foreseeable fees and obtain approval before arranging paid services or additional chargeable work. Free apps may still require separately charged setup work. The customer owns their Shopify store and pays Shopify and app providers directly wherever practical.
Third-party services remain subject to their providers' terms and may change or cease. DigiMade remains responsible for carrying out its agreed work with reasonable care and skill.
7. Payment, cancellations and customer rights
The £149 and £299 fixed-scope packages are intended for full upfront payment when checkout is activated. The Shopify Starter Store is £799 paid in full. Bespoke Shopify projects are quoted individually and require a £799 deposit only after written acceptance. Before payment, customers will be shown the package, total price, any known third-party costs, applicable terms and cancellation information. UK consumer cancellation rights may apply to distance contracts, including rights connected to the start of services within the cancellation period. No blanket “non-refundable” rule overrides statutory rights. DigiMade will request any legally required express consent before starting early and will provide order confirmation and contract information in a durable form.
